Make every site
your best site.
See what is coming, what has arrived and who is inside — right from your phone. Your guard runs the gate. You run the site.
Your reality today
Everything on your site went digital. The gate still runs on pen and paper…
on a register.
Already at the gate
You are waiting for the vehicle. It has been standing at the gate for an hour, and nobody told you.
No warning
A vehicle turns up that needs labour, a crane and space to unload — and nobody knew it was coming today.
Your word against theirs
A vehicle waits overnight to be unloaded, and the supplier calls to argue. The register is hard to rely on when there is a dispute.
Anyone can walk in
A face the guard knows walks straight in. Nobody decided they should be on site, and nothing recorded that they came.
You run the whole site. But every delivery, every visitor, every delay starts at the gate — and you find out later.
What you get
Software you feel in the first week.
Know before it comes
Your team gives a pass to every vehicle and visitor you expect, on WhatsApp. You see who is coming before they reach the gate — so labour, crane and space are ready.
Know the moment it arrives
The guard scans the pass and you get alerted. No pass? The guard asks, and you say yes or no from your phone, with one tap.
A record that settles arguments
Entry time, exit time, photos of the vehicle and the challan. When a supplier says their vehicle waited a day, you have the times and photos to show them.
Simple for your guard
Scan, photograph, done. A new guard learns it with a few practice entries. Your guard stops just keeping a book, and starts running the gate.
For your company
Built for your site. Ready for your company.
When your office asks about InfraaPass, this is what they get.
Every site on one screen
Your corporate team sees every site’s gate as it happens, in a browser — no calls to the site, nothing to install.
Ready for audit, with no extra work
The record is made at the gate as vehicles and visitors come in. When audit comes, your office exports it — nobody types up the register or digs out old books.
Low risk
Less than what one guard costs. No setup fee. And 90 days to get your money back, no questions asked.
Pricing
One flat price per site. No surprises.
It is less than what one guard at the site costs you.
One price per site, billed yearly in advance. No surprises as the site grows.
Everyone at the site who needs the app — site team and guards — plus your corporate team, at no extra cost.*
The app comes from the app store — no server, no IT project, nothing to integrate.
No server, no scanner, no kiosk. The guard already has the phone.
When a site closes, its record stays readable at no cost, long after the work is done.*
* Details in our terms of use.
No questions asked, no notice period. If you do not want to continue, we refund the full year's fee.
We did not learn about site gates from a book.Years of working on how materials reach construction sites showed us the gate from both sides — the truck and the site. The waiting, the calls, the coordination, the questions over what reached.
Questions we always get
Your questions, answered.
Will my guards actually use it?
Yes — the guard's flow is deliberately small: scan or pick, photograph, done. Training is a few practice entries with the site manager — and when guards change, your own team trains the new one the same way.
We have tried apps before. They fade after a month.
That happens to a product only one person opens. InfraaPass is opened by three people every day: the guard logs the gate, the site manager raises passes and clears walk-up requests, and corporate reads the log. Each one depends on the other two, so the habit holds — even when the people change.
Our sites barely have network. Does it still work?
The important part at the gate does: passes are digitally signed, so the guard can scan and verify them with no signal at all. The app also opens and shows its last-loaded information without network. Recording an entry needs a data connection at the gate — an ordinary mobile connection is enough. Creating passes is the site manager's job, done from the site office — which usually has internet even when the gate has no signal.
Do I need my office’s approval?
Your office will want to know what it costs, who owns the data, and what happens when more sites join. The answers are on one page — send them this. If they would like to talk to us, we will call them.
Who manages it — me, or my office?
If you set it up for your site, you manage it. When more sites join, we can hand that over to your corporate team — or, if you run several sites yourself, you can stay in charge.
Whose data is it?
Your company’s. It is hosted in India, each role sees only its own screens, and the complete record exports whenever you ask — and if you ever stop using InfraaPass, you keep all of it.
What does it cost?
One flat price per site, billed yearly in advance — no per-user licence, no setup fee, and 90 days to get your money back. It is less than what one guard at the site costs you — book a demo below and ask us the price.
