Who these terms are between

InfraaPass is a software product owned and operated by ZippMat Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ZippMat Private Limited, and "you" means the company or organisation that uses InfraaPass for its sites.

These terms explain what a site includes, what fair use means, how payment and our money-back guarantee work, and how long we keep your records. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

What one site includes

• One location. Each site is one physical location, however many gates it has.
• Up to 25 site users. This counts everyone at the site who uses the app, whether they create passes and approve walk-ups, or work the gate as security.
• 5 corporate logins. For your corporate team, on the web dashboard. These are separate from the 25 site users.
• The app and the web dashboard. The mobile app for the site team and the guards, on Android or iPhone, and the web dashboard for your corporate team.

If a site needs more users, talk to us and we will work it out with you.

Fair use

InfraaPass is priced for the normal gate traffic of one site. We ask that you do not:

• use one site's subscription for another location;
• share one person's login with someone else;
• resell InfraaPass, or give access to people outside your organisation, other than the drivers and visitors who receive passes;
• copy data out in bulk by automated means, other than through the export we provide;
• try to get around the app's security, or reach data that belongs to another organisation; or
• use InfraaPass to record anything unlawful.

If we think a site is going beyond fair use, we will talk to you first. There are no surprise charges, and we will not cut off a site without notice, unless someone is putting the security of InfraaPass or other customers at risk.

Payment and money back

InfraaPass is a flat price per site, per year, billed in advance. There is no setup fee and no charge per user.

If payment for a site stops, the site is archived and becomes read-only: your team can still see and export its records, but nothing new can be added. Once payment is made, we open the site again.

Your records

The gate records your sites create belong to you. We hold them on your behalf and on your instructions, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Your corporate team can export them from the web dashboard at any time. We do not sell your records, and we do not share them with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep them

While a site is running, we keep all of its records. When a site is archived, it becomes read-only: nothing new can be added, and your team can still see and export what is there. After a site is archived:

• Photos taken at the gate are kept for 3 years, and then deleted.
• All other records are kept for 7 years, and then deleted.

You can ask us to delete a site's records earlier. We may keep something longer only where the law requires it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell our customers directly if the change is significant.
